5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or stolen packages: lookstylish is not liable once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly or reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you on a resolution.
